This presentation of the article A Cumulative-Model Semantics for Dynamic Preferences on Assumptions has been given at the Fifteenth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence IJCAI 97. It constitutes an attempt to formalize reasoning with and about preferences within the same logical language and shows how to resolve conflicts between conditional preferences. ►
